My name is Charlie! I am 4 months old (Oct.) and I weigh approximately 18 lbs. I am fostered in Mount Airy, North Carolina. I was surrendered to the rescue because my owners were older and could not provide proper exercise for me. I'm very friendly and loving, but will bark at strangers. I ride well in the car and I am working on leash training. I get along well with all the other foster dogs, all ages and sizes. I love to play with them and with toys. I'm doing well on my house training. I have a little more than a medium energy level but by no means hyper. I do require daily exercise though. I would do great was another dog to play with or with an active family I am a really sweet boy with plenty of personality. I'm ready and waiting to go to my new forever home!
