Buddy

My name is Buddy! I am 5 months old and weigh 27 pounds. I came from a home with two young children. I did okay with the one-year-old but was scared of the newborn, so my family took me to the county animal shelter. Fortunately I did not have to stay there long. That was a scary place! I am on the shy side and it takes a little while for me to learn to trust my people. I am in a foster home and I'm doing much better.  I really love playing with the other dogs in my foster home. I get along well with other dogs of all ages and sizes.  I am working on leash training and I am housebroken if taken out regularly. I have a medium energy level. do bark at strangers. The shelter cat tested me by taking me into their cat room. They said all I did was sniff around and wag my tail at the cats. I did not bark or growl.  I'm looking for for a home with another dog and a fenced-in yard that we can romp and play in!  I'm ready and waiting to go to my new forever home!
