My name is Auggie! I am approximately 4-5 months old and I weigh about 22 lbs. I am fostered in Mount Airy, North Carolina but easy, affordable transportation is available. I was found as a stray on a country road by a nice mail lady. My collar was cutting into my neck. She could not keep me and surrendered me to the rescue. I am a very sweet, loving boy! My eyes are 2 different colors and I have the husky "talk". I get along well with other dogs of all ages and sizes. I don't know about cats because the rescue does not have any. I am crate trained and used to sleeping in a crate at night. I am well behaved in the house. I don't try to counter surf, bolt out of the door when it is opened, or get in the trash. I don't chew on the furniture, and I can entertain myself nicely with my kong and rope toys. I usually only bark when the other dogs are barking. When a stranger comes into the house, I greet them with a wagging tail. I love to be with people and to give lots of doggy kisses. I am housetrained if taken out regularly.
